I've reported the same person 3 times over the last 24 hours, but it's still being promoted in their status update and listed on the first line of their profile.  |

Reports can take 48 hours or more depending on busy it is |

No they aren't allowed.
Admin will look at your report but it might take 48 hours maybe longer if there are loads of reports or it's bank holiday. |
