Just tried to message someone and receiving a message stating I can't change my age then message someone who had previously I couldn't due to age limits. Thing is, I haven't changed my age, but the person I was going to message has changed their age preference. Anyone able to shed any light on this? |

I don't quite understand what the glitch is? People will frequently adjust their preferences and filters, so what might have been possible before, becomes prevented and vice versa.
Getting the message that you can't change your age, I'm assuming is a 1off? Some people do try to get around other people's filters but this is against Fab rules, hence the warnings. |

The glitch is that I am being warned about changing my age to get around someone's filters, despite not having changed my age and my age falls within the filters. |

It sounds like it could be the standard advice notice, against the practice of actually changing setting out to change a profile age to circumvent filters. It's not initiating a penalty or restrictive of the service, so can be overlooked, as you're using Fab fully legitimately. I'm glad it's not preventing you from being able to do anything.  |
