Definitely needed, when searching through tens of thousands of people and you don't want to have to look at all of the possible profiles, which isn't practically possible. It's also silly and unnecessary, when each profile already contains the details that could be used to filter Advanced Search tool results.
I'd broaden the idea to increase the search tool option, to allow us to search for any of the profile data fields that we select from options and enter the appropriate one for us. |
