Little Green Arrow

Is it possible for the little green arrow, which shows against a members name in the forum, to be fixed on their profile?

This could then be accessed from anywhere on the site and make it far easier to view previous posts.

I would love this! In fact, I suggested it, several months ago.

I can't find the thread, now, but I think Admin explained that there are technical problems that would prevent this, in the near future. Something to do with the way the different parts of the site interact with each other. A "little green arrow" on each profile wouldn't take up a lot of server/storage space, but to make it work WOULD. And given that less than 1% of Fabsters use the Forums meant this wouldn't be cost-effective.

just a link that says forum user?-doesnt have to take u to particular posts, but it is a little advertizing is it not?????

Very easy to work out..

Just hit the "View recent threads you've posted to" link..

edit your profile name for the profile name of the member you want to view..

http://www.fabswingers.com/forum-poster/replace this txt and add profile name

and done..

cant see how that takes up "much" server space..

Who uses it to check up on what threads that person is commenting on?

I use another site run by same people although the layout is very different. You can choose to display links to your most recent forum posts on your profile. So can't see why it's so hard to do

Ps profile shows if the user is in chat

If it showed us as being in the forums then complaints about being online & not reading a message within a second might even drop
