The owners (or whoever it is on the contact page) do answer sometimes, but very rarely. Understandably they get a lot of mail but if it's overwhelming, it would be nice if they took on more voluntary admin helpers. I offered to do that for a year while I was at uni and I'm sure many others would be more than happy to do the same |

Between this account, my singles account and Rachel's before she removed it, we must have paid close to £150 into the website so far.
We've never grudged it before, but after being ignored by the admin for 2 weeks on a problem with a 2 minute fix, I'm re-evaluating the worth. |
