"i have found out that even thou you turn your sound off in new chat you can still hear the other persons sound, " Im not following you… if you turn your sound off, so people cant hear you, then how would that effect what you hear from others. You have 2 options in chat, to mute your audio, which is underneath your cam display (says STOP AUDIO) and to mute incoming audio from individual cams. That icon is a speaker above each cam you have docked. That means, if you have 4 cams active and all of them have audio on, you could mute 3 and leave one on. Remember that if you start your cam, and have audio ON, yet stop your cam, your audio is still on and those who were already watching your cam will still be able to hear you. Does that help at all?
