* Dr Christophe Crabiers, Ave De La Butte, 34300 Cap D'Agde. . Speaks English, is quite witty, very approachable. His clinic is within half a mile of the gates to the main Cap naturist site. Afternoon clinic, no appt required. Pay him directly, typically €25*

Hospital . Bus services 1 , 2 and 3 all stop outside the hospital . You can just turn up to the accident and emergency department

*Testing for STIs is available at a clinic in Beziers . Private tests in France are inexpensive compared to the UK *

We looking at august bank holiday or end of July. Not a clue where to start with accommodation or best time or the year to go. Ones in town seem dead expensive. All we know is we are going next year

. Hello . All accommodation in Cap is very expensive . All the fun comes at a price . The dates which you indicae are all in the peak season . You might be better to consider going in June or September when accommodation is a lot cheaper .

The closest is Bezier . Another option is Montpelier.

It is a great place as a pre cap warm up, chill by the pool, meal in Palaisia and party hard at L’xstasia … as a package all great value too

Applying for a long stay visa so i have the option of staying on the campsite for the 2022 season and use it as a base for exploring the area would be grateful for any advice including insurance because i will have to present it all to the embassay

Yes we are brits need to prove accomodation financially secure and medical insurance for the whole period apply 3 months before travel and once requested visit embassay with all paperwork. If not will have to pick our best 3 months we had stayed at the campsite 4 years on the run before Covid so hopefully Rene Oltra will ok our stay and 3000 Euro will be ok for 90 days in the Cap anyway will keep people updated but wont be applying until late january

3000 euros for 90 days doesn't sound very much, if your accommodation costs are covered that only leaves 33 euros per day.

Suppose you could just live on that but think it would be very restrictive, particularly in the Cap.

Aussie pals of ours used to obtain an extended duration French visa annually in order to stay in Cap for 4/5 months at a time.

Wasn’t cheap and a pain for them to organise.

Think you might not be living the high life on just over 40E per day in Cap.

In the pubs the beer is the thick end of 5E per pint, a club entrance for a single guy is something like 60E and then food on top.

All this talk of visas is now being covered in a separate thread, so we're still waiting there for links to the visa applications.

So far, the originator of the visa idea on this thread hasn't supplied any links to such process.

We think they are getting confused with Schengen travel visas, but wait to be proved wrong..

Hospital . Bus services 1 , 2 and 3 all stop outside the hospital . You can just turn up to the accident and emergency department

*Testing for STIs is available at a clinic in Beziers . Private tests in France are inexpensive compared to the UK *
