So who in France got caught up in either the canicule last weekend or the really bad storm last monday..

Lots of damage caused?

We were on the Canal near Carcassonne during the two days of 40C. Felt like being in an oven.

No damage near us from the storm as far as we know.

Pleased to hear that you're ok though..

I saw quite a lot of damage at my friends house yesterday.. A lot of hours with a chainsaw needed and even more by a panel beater and builder.. The size of the hailstones were like tennis balls there.

Had lots of rain here in 50 area and nearby a road was washed away but think we missed the worst of things thankfully
