Hello everyone
I was hoping someone could help me
My rear view camera in my van has stopped working- I’m pretty sure it might just be a loose cable as was working fine until this morning but I’m useless at anything vehicle/electronic related
Is there anyone that might be able to help with this? If not I’ll have to try and source a garage in Agde and struggle with my French

Is this one of those secret messages? 
As others have said it’s not usual to have rear view cameras in vehicles in France and unless you desperately need it for making porn films it’s hardly an emergency to be without it is it?
I’ve never had a camera, front or rear view in any of my cars  |

. Was it fitted to the van when new or is it an after market one ? Hopefully someone might have a diagnostic reader with them and can plug it in for you in an attempt to identify the fault . However generic readers do not always identify all faults and no one will be bringing the manufacturers OEM reader on holiday with then. Let hope it is either a loose connection or even a blown fuse. |

. We probably all adapt to changing technology . Whilst I can manage without a Sat Nat turned it , I keep it on constantly for route times , my speed and speed limits .
Reversing is one of the manoeuvres where you are most likely to do minor damage . I sill see drivers reversing with no attempt to look behind them and totally relying on the car interior mirror . In essence they are ignoring blind spots and hoping for the best . Reversing cameras should eliminate this list .
When reversing I often get out of the car and have a look around for risk areas such as low bollards or small posts which could be hidden by your blind spot . I never rely on the reversing beepers completely .
