There is also a Whats App group for visitors . There is one Doctor in the village . ( Port Ambonne ) . Entrance is beside Pizza Flora . *
*Should you require an speaking English Doctor there is one in Cap d Agde near Aqualand. You simply turn up and queue *
* Dr Christophe Crabiers, Ave De La Butte, 34300 Cap D'Agde. . Speaks English, is quite witty, very approachable. His clinic is within half a mile of the gates to the main Cap naturist site. Afternoon clinic, no appt required. Pay him directly, typically €25*
Hospital . Bus services 1 , 2 and 3 all stop outside the hospital . You can just turn up to the accident and emergency department
*Testing for STIs is available at a clinic in Beziers . Private tests in France are inexpensive compared to the UK *

You need to make sure that you book the naturist area. Cap D'Agde is a big resort of which 80% is textile.
Hotel Eve and Oz are in the naturist zone both are expensive for what you get.
You can rent an apartment - check the forum for recommended agencies.
You can stay on the campsite- Rene Oltra - rent luxury mobiles (+500 euros a night) to a pitch for a tent (35 euros a night).

I was going to book for late April but it seems like everyone is going July onwards. Anyone have advice? Will April be OK for a naturist or should I push it back to July?

April is very early in the season, most places won't be properly open and the beach won't have as many people. Although warm for most Brits and northern EU, its cold for locals so things are very quiet this time of year |

The village is a naturist resort first and foremost however there is a large swinging community there. Sexual acts are not allowed anywhere in public apart from on the one section at the end of the beach.
The different clubs are predominately swinger orientated. |

We have been every year since 2001 other than during lockdown and have seen sex literally everywhere. Bars, cafes, around pools, alleyways, in a shop, and balcony parties at Port Nature (where we have happily participated). Never once in all that time has anyone official or unofficial ever stopped the action |

Hospital . Bus services 1 , 2 and 3 all stop outside the hospital . You can just turn up to the accident and emergency department
*Testing for STIs is available at a clinic in Beziers . Private tests in France are inexpensive compared to the UK *

We also had problems booking online with Ryanair for our trip in May, fortunately a local independent travel agent managed to sort flights for us. It did cost an extra £30, but all online check in etc is included.

*Testing for STIs is available at a clinic in Beziers . Private tests in France are inexpensive compared to the UK *

The Whats App group has 142 members plus in excess of 1000 photographs , with active ones giving live real time updates of what is happening plus guidance and advice on numerous activities . If you wish to be considered for membership send a private message Members are a variety of nationalities and from various European counties . Many are Cap d Agde regulars - one has been visiting for 33 years . Information and photographs are uploaded daily , messages are exchanged on a daily basis . If you need any advice , group members will post a prompt response.
In the peak season in excess of one hundred messages a day were being exchanged . With a wide variety of members from various different countries you should be able to receive an instant answer to any queries raised.

I've set up a second WhatsApp group as it's impossible to get into the first one. It's called single swinging fellows in France but we're not limited to single fellows. No judgement and I'm looking for another admin to help out with ing out troublemakers (somehow I don't think there'll be many). |
