I recommend nouslibertin.com

It works for me, there is a small subscription but it has led to a number of rendez-vous and lists all the clubs too.

Libertic is perhaps the nearest to Fab in how user friendly it is. It is free and we've had a couple of meets through it.

Netechangisme is another that we've met people through, it has an old and new version. The old version is better, it's not free

Other sites that we've had less success with are

Nous libertin and Entre Coquin. Again you have to pay.

We use the same handle/pseudo on all theses sites as we do on Fab
