Hey how do I remove a post off a fourm, it's started turning abusive and don't know how

You can't do it yourself.

You could report the thread to admin and let them decide whether to remove it or delete any abusive comments.

exactly this op ,but just ignore the negative posters and skip over Thier comments ,it's your profile use it as it works for you X
