Hi i hope some one can help. How do i send a private video to another user on here?

You can't at the moment. The only option is to put the video to 'friend's only' then invite them as a friend..

I was just searching for the same answer.

at the side of my private video it says this, Private (you can still send by PM) but don't see how to do this?

As I mentioned above, despite the wording you still cannot send videos private or otherwise..
