Blocking & change o 'username'

I've just noted that if you become a 'site supporter' you can = "Request a change of username"

Does this mean if we blocked X?? they can change their name to Y?? and would not be able to tell and they come of the block?

Nooooo

They'll still be blocked

But they can change their name.

If I paint a red car green, it's still the same car.

If I change the number plate, it's still the same chassis.

Once you block someone here they can change their name as many times as they like, it's still the same blocked account.

They can however make a new account, then they won't be blocked.

Thanks aware of that hence don't often interact with newer FS members, but not always the case
