Ghost Unread Message

Hiya

We have the banner across the top showing '1 unread' in messages, but we don't have any unread messages anywhere. All of our messages have been opened and/or replied to.

How do we fix this?

Try logging into the desktop site...no clue but saw this advised previously

I've logged into fab on the laptop but the message still seems to be there oddly. Thanks for replying though!
