Haven't been able to post a status for over a week. Not receiving any warnings or notifications like you normally would just keeps bouncing back to account page after I hit the save status page.
Any ideas why this could be happening and how to fix it? |

I have sent numerous requests via this page but it actually says when it takes you to the page that they do not give individual support so I'm at a loss as to how to get this fixed. |

What option did you choose and I think you may have misunderstood what you read I believe it's no matter if a user is a site supporter or not we get treated the same
Is a contact us at the bottom of all the written advice which will take you to a box so you're able to write your concern |

I think OP is referring to this comment when you contact.
"We don't offer personalised support, even to site supporters (read why) but we'd still love to hear your feedback on the site."
By personal support I guess it means a reply and specific help. As we know Admin often don't reply so it is hard to tell what the problem is which can be frustrating. Seems OP has already messaged a few times.

I chose the for site owners option and the report a bug or error options to report it numerous times as it still has not been fixed. |
