people can block 'non verified members' or from accounts that don't match what they are looking so Its not personal

You can see the full list of messaging blocking options etc if you look under:

'My Account' & then 'Message Filters' (down on the left)

When I look at your profile op it says I can't view as you've either blocked me or admin have suspended you.

I'd contact admin and see what's happened op.

My message filters are all down and you aren't blocked, try mailing me.
