PayPal upgrade issues

Trying to upgrade using PayPal but I get asked to add a credit or debit card.

I only have 1 card and it's already linked to PayPal. I don't even want to pay by card... I want to use my PayPal balance!

I've messaged support twice and also sent a message to the site owners and got no response.

Any thoughts?

Yep…tried waiting a few weeks. Definitely clicked the PayPal option and already used that link to contact the site owners without any reply.

I guess they don’t want my money!
