In short OP, you don't.

Pictures appear in Hot Pics based on how many fabs they receive within a 12 hour period - and if you look at the figures on page 1, you'll see that the top ones usually have over 1,000 fabs.

Hot Pics are dynamic and so continually update based on the 12 hour rolling period
