Can an admin or moderator contact me about restrictions that have placed on our account.
Despite requesting assistance from admin/moderator over the last week I've not had any support.

From what ive read if youve had a ban and heard nothing back then the ban stays |

Seems unfair to ban one account however leave another untouched?  |

Contact admin and ask them to review.
As stated above if you hear nothing back assume the ban will remain.
