Just switched from Samsung Galaxy A10 to an A15. Old phone on Fab I went to Your Phots/Vids - Add Photo - Choose File - Pop up menu comes up from bottom of screen offering Camera, Camcorder or Documents File. This last file gained access to my Gallery & other files on my phone allowing me to select pics/vids to upload to my profile. Now on new phone using same method I don't get offered a file that allows me access to files on my phone. I get same two files but the third file is voice recorder & this does not let me access the Gallery & other files on phone. So at moment I cannot post any media. I can see no way of changing these files so I can post. Any help greatly appreciated. |
