What's the point in having a block button,when within a few minutes your stalker which we have been blocking for 5 years,can sign up a new profile with no time at all?

I've noticed this happening too.

No idea what they can do about it.

Some have multiple profiles

keep blocking and reporting to admin

if they can block fake verifacation from the same access point they should be able to see multiple accounts from the same access point.

Leaving and joining again is not a rule break but if the person is breaking site rules then please report as the other poster said.
