We've had this but only when accessing the account from another country, are you in a different country than where you set the account up, or using a VPN by any chance? |

when we changed to vodaphone broadband 3 months ago, it started to happen.
Apparently their servers changes the ip address frequently..
Its on all their forums
So we have to put a code it everytime now. Sometimes our google maps location is 100's of miles out |
