We have opened all messages in our inbox, but it is showing 1 unread message still but there isn’t any there?

Anyone else having this?

When I had that, only mass deleting sorted it. As annoying as it is, you could possibly try that but my advice would be save the messages you want to keep before you do.

Report it to admin they will fix it no need to mass delete messages

Clear the cookies for the site, it's log you out and clear browsing history
