Is there a way to block someone by their username manually without having to view their profile first to access the block button as I don't want click their profile and risk me showing up in their "who's viewed me" list

You can enter the name manually from your block list

If your intention is to purely block them, once you have they wouldn't come up on who has viewed them as well
