Any ideas why?

Its usually an adult or premium number block from your provider, need to contact them to lift it

FIRSTLY, please check your SPAM / BLOCKED folder on your messages app. Often the text will end up there. Don’t forget to mark it as NOT SPAM so it doesn’t end up there next time.

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

It says my code was used at 10:45pm it’s only 09:29 in morning??

It doesn't normally give a time but if you send your number and the code to Admin from the above links and they will help you
