If you had verifications you would have had a green tick, when people leave the site their verification goes too but you still keep the green tick. Only other thing is admin has removed them for some reason |

Even if they had disappeared you'd still have the summary but that is empty. If a user blocked you the verification would disappear or if they left the site but you'd still have the summary but don't |
