Why does there keep showing enter a code keep coming up when I go to log on as its a bit annoying

Security -- it's a very basic CAPTCHA which in theory, stops automated attempts to register and login.

It all depends, if you use a VPN your location constantly changes. If your isp is Vodafone the location changes every time you log onto the internet, Vodafone forums are full of people asking why.
