Me and my partner have been trying to set up a couples profile which keeps getting the verification photo rejected even although the photo has the requirements. We’ve paid for site supporter as well and not even getting the use of it cause it won’t let us use the profile without being photo verified. Can someone help  |

Photo verification images will only be rejected if they don't meet the required criteria.
Does it show either both faces clearly or both of you fully naked from the neck down, both clearly holding the paper, with both your username and the website name clearly readable? If you're sure it meets all the guidelines then leave it in your gallery and contact admin via the link on the home page.
