Email deletion

Hi everyone, how can I permantley delete the emails I have sent and received, if I permantley delete a email my side will it delete it their side.

Go to your sent messages and delete.

However the person you sent the message to will be able to see what you sent.

You can delete from your inbox and sent message box but you can't delete their side. Also if you go to message the same person again the previous thread will come back up.
