Recently when I upload videos to my profile the thumbnail and the start of the video starts of grey, anyone know why? TIA xx

I notice this happens with some of my videos. Doesn't matter if they are mp4 or mov videos. Seems very random!

Just happened to one of mine as well. Not sure why as it looks OK on the PC...
