My friend can't post in forums or reply! They've never been banned or anything and have tonnes of verifications.

Admin won't get back to them so they've asked me to ask on here!

Any advice very welcome

She should ask Admin from the contact link to review/ sort.

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying.
