Admin- Change profile back to couples one

Messaged admin multiple times after our profile was reported and admin changed to a single one.
Actioned feedback from owners - admin, amended profile write up etc, and re opened a single profile for single meets.
All we want is our profile changed back to a couples one please?
It’s been a week and still not changed back?

When you request review, they will have done it. If you don't get the requested change made, or hear from them, that will have decided to retain the status quo  |

So even after actioning feedback from site owners message and making it right, it won’t be changed?
Sorry but we do not accept this ‘status qua’ is fair. Basically saying you are guilty regardless and doing the right thing to correct it makes no difference. No redress?
Hundreds of couples profiles advertise that they play both together and separate. N what’s wrong with that.
Very frustrating!
