Showing 1 unread message error

Hi,

Anyone know the cause, it's showing 1 unread message at the top tab but when clicking into the messages, no new messages are present.

Let me know how to resolve please.

Scroll through each one as you've more than likely received 2 by the same person and you've only scrolled down to 1
