I got a message from admin and they have asked me to reply to them within 24 hrs. I unwittingly breached the terms and conditions of the site and have to reply that I understand but I can't seem to directly reply to the message.

It is normally a quick response if they need to answer. The 48 hours advice that is given concerns reports to be seen. |
