Hi. My friend, Sweet-Delight isn't able to post in the forums for some reason. I know you can contact the site owners about this sort of issue, but I know from past experience, they don't really do much. Is there anyway of finding out why she's banned, and if she's able to start using them? Cheers.

The user should contact admin.

It is wrong to suggest admin do nothing.

They review all contact.

If they haven't lifted the restriction there will be a reason for it.

I didn't mean any disrespect to the admin staff, but it is difficult to get any sort of answer from anyone. Even if a ban is upheld, wouldn't it be easier to message the person and explain why?

The process outlined is correct, for any user subject to a forum ban, which is for them to contact Admin directly, with their justification for the dispute. Admin review all contact directly, which can take upto 48 hours or so, in busy periods additionally to running the website. If justified, by revealing it, it will be reversed. No further contact is made, if any ban is to remain.
