Still can't access chat rooms after 5 years

I posted a link in the cat rooms some years ago and was banned from the room. I belive that this should only be temporary. However, I am still unable to access the chat rooms some 4 or 5 years later. Any ideas?

Maybe it was a permanent ban...try messaging Admin as they will be able to answer you.

lol we havent been bannen from anything.

It just seems that this site clearly doesn’t give a toss about answering queries. Maybe they should hire.
