Can an admin or Moderator please contact us directly with an issue we have please
Long standing Fab account as couple, we’ve just created a single female account this morning, photo verified it, uploaded 3 pics (which have been on our couple profile previously), got a load of messages through, now it appears to be suspended or blocked. Can still log in, but can’t upload anything, it’s not visible to anybody and she cannot upgrade it to site supporter, to add videos etc.
I thought you were allowed a couple/single profile at the same time. Each has different email address, and much was verified too ?
Confused anybody please help

No you shouldn't verify the account from your couples account.
You are basically verifying yourself which isn't allowed. |
