Removing a verification

Hi, we’ve had a single male verify us randomly and we would like it removed from our profile as we don’t meet single men at all, the content isn’t shown as we’ve not shared it but the stats are still reflected as we’ve been verified by a single man through a cam and this never happened as we don’t do the whole camming thing either, any ideas on how to remove it or get it removed as we reported the guy and blocked him months and months ago when he did it but it’s still shown.
