The last few pics I’ve tried to up load from an iPhone are coming up image not recognised and won’t up load says check it’s not video or other image but it’s just an iPhone pic. Anyone have any experience of this or any suggestions? Videos up load but not pics |

What file type are the photos? The '.jpg' file type extension is one of the most commonly used. Are your photos of an accepted size?
I'm assuming that the content are fully acceptable to Fab rules and it's just an issue with failure to upload.
You could potentially convert the file, to .jpg format (jpeg is the full name for this type). If the files are very large, you could reduce the quality and thus file size. |
