Hi we are a new couple that met from being on this site. We have encountered a few issues with creating our couple profile:
1) "her" photos got rejected as saying they weren't of her - our original profile names are on our profile
Leads me onto
2) We can't upload more than 3 pics in 24 hours - if we become gold or silver members will we be able to? We want to re-upload the pics again as we can't see any way to dispute the judgement on them.
3) we couldn't post for help on this forum as again it stated we have to be members for 72 hours before we could!
Help please!

1. if you upload the originals they will be approved
2. upload limits for gold/silver are 15/8 per day

ahhh so if the pics were taken from a profile then they aren';t classed as originals is that right? My Bad - we don't live together
Makes sense - thank you for clearing that up.
And thank you for telling us the upload quota too - I am happy for this to be closed, BUT it may help if this iinfo was in a FAQ  |
