Can anyone help us , we have a google bar at the bottom of the chat page can you tell us how to remove it as we cannot get private messages and think its stopping us uploading web cam

view / toolbars and untick google

alternatively right clicking on the toolbar and unticking google usually works

no quite sure what you mean , we are pc thick lol

you will see file/edit/view/history/tools/help (without clicking on them as mention)

on the space on the right hand side

right click mouse

drop down box will pop up

if you see google tick untick it

like above, right click your mouse button when hovering over the toolbar and you should see google left click on it to untick

removed google from pc and still getting advert on chat

we cant see private messaging in chat due to the google ad

its normally whispers that u receive in main chat do you get them

right so your saying you cant type in chat if that's the case then

best 2 contact support

See if you can make your page bigger. Try clicking on the middle icon at the top right hand side of the page.

we cant get in to any chat now ,its just a blank page with google ad bar at the bottom
