Have you deleted stuff in the sent message folder? If not, it would be there.

I smell something sinister.
Why would you be so concerned about a sent message that you wish that it never be found?
Unless of course you have something to hide.....

I got stood up so I used a different account to message them to say thanks for wasting my time!! So I deleted the message I sent so that the person I share the account with cannot see i sent it! Maybe I have got something to hide but that's up to me... |

If they reply your message will come back with it if you're a site supporter and it'll be there for all to see  |

You can counter-block, using the Block page - enter their username and click on block.
And it is against site rules to use another profile/method to communicate with someone who has blocked you. |
