Just wondering, if someone I've previously verified turns out to be an absolute fruitcake and I block them, do they still have my verification on their page?

No it wont show up as you block all of profile including his to you and yours to him

it will show on their summary but they cannot display it and not even see it.

at least they're blocked and cant give you any drama about it also.
