Ive tried the same renewal tonight and the lowest renewal price allowed by decor card now seems to be £12:50 at 2.5 x silver despite the £5 rate still being advertised on the front page. Very frustrating. New news anywhere of such a change and no one to contact for debit card payment issues. |

When text fail on my phone it is the signal , sometimes it says I have a full signal but they still won't send. I wouldn't keep sending though as when they go through they will all go through |

Switch your phone off and on again. Keep the phone in the best signal you can and don't do anything on it until the message sends. I find the text service temperamental too. |
