Your profile text suggests that your wife isn't involved in swinging with you .... So I'd imagine you've been seen as a single male .... because for the purposes of the site, that's what you are  |

A lot of couples profiles are single males that havent closed there account after splitting up with said partner. It happens to much. Maybe admin have been told you are 1 of them.
You could offer to do another verification picture for admin to prove you are still a couple.
Or open a new account, your verifications are very old, pre arrange the ones who are still online so they can verify you on your new profile.
