We never show any bingo adverts

Sounds like your machine is infested with spyware/adware.

Suggest getting help from someone who knows about computers

i'm not sure i can send you a link to software to remove your spyware.

google free malware removal

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware should be the 1st choice its freeware download and install then run and it should fix your problem if not i'll check back later and see if i can help

be carefull if you google free malware removal or free anti virus there are a lot of fake programs out that will just infect your machine even more.

use AVG ourselves a good free one

Agree's with Sunderland Man, I use similar stuff (MalwareBytes, SuperAnti Spyware, as well as AVG and/or Avast).

Places to look for (free) stuuf:

CNET.com, Downloads.com, and (my new personal favourite) http://www.techsupportalert.com/

There are some good suggestions here. We'll overlook the no links rule for this one thread but close for now
