Phone call

I have tried to upgrade via phone call. The call was disconnected just before the pin number was given. But the call was charged. Any ideas why?

I've tried to renew my site support by landline, it doesn't even ring. I tried my mobile and it cut me off after 2 minutes 12 seconds
