Photo Captions

I have noticed on a few profiles that some of their photos have captions underneath. I cannot find this feature anywhere. Any ideas?

This feature was removed in the past, so now there is no way to add a caption

yes used to be really good but that was previous owners. we aint got facilities now for captions xx
