This is a swing site - so to get noticed, u need to have at least 3 pics incl one face shot; write ur profile as a mini-CV describing who u r: physical description and personality; who/what ur looking for (be specific) and what u can offer (special skills/experience).
Before u message someone - read their profile first so u can answer/ask relevant questions - rather than just sending a vague message that could be directed at anyone.
